Summer Boiler Service Draw Terms & Conditions:

1. The promoter of this competition is Hereford Heating Ltd.
2. The competition is open to customers who book and complete an annual boiler service with Hereford Heating between 1 July 2026 and 31 August 2026 inclusive.
3. Eligible boiler services include Gas, Oil, and LPG boilers.
4. To qualify for entry, the boiler service must be completed during the promotional period. Customers who book a service but do not have the service completed by 31 August 2026 will not be eligible for entry.
5. The competition closing date is 5pm on 31 August 2026.
6. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
7. The draw will take place on Monday 7 September 2026 at 12:00 midday.
8. The winner may choose one of the following prizes:
   • A refund of the boiler service completed during July or August 2026 to the value of £100; or
   • A credit of £114 applied to their Hereford Heating account towards an annual boiler service in 2027.
9. No cash alternative is available. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or exchanged for any other goods or services.
10. If the winner chooses the account credit option, the credit must be used against a Hereford Heating annual boiler service during 2027 and has no cash value.
11. The winner will be contacted using the details held by Hereford Heating within 14 days of the draw taking place.
12. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Hereford Heating reserves the right to redraw the competition and select an alternative winner.
13. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
14. Hereford Heating reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time where reasonably necessary.
15. The decision of Hereford Heating in relation to the competition and the winner selection is final.
16. Employees of Hereford Heating Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the competition.
